Cesar Maya is a Colombian-American tattoo artist with over 10 years of tattooing experience. Having worked internationally and most recently based in Madrid, Spain, he now splits his time between Cary, North Carolina and Washington, D.C.
Cesar is best known for his black and grey dark art, with a strong focus on realism, surrealism, and biomechanical styles, creating bold, atmospheric pieces with depth and intensity. While these styles define much of his work, he enjoys taking on a wide range of projects in varying sizes, approaching each tattoo with adaptability, precision, and a commitment to strong visual storytelling.
